Predefined Option Settings

In the predefined option settings, you can set multi-level nested structured data, such as specific products or services provided by a business. By configuring a set of predefined options and specifying to select from this set in the Get Information node, the AI agent can autonomously drive the conversation to gather the corresponding structured data.

The data in the predefined options set can be multi-level nested structures (up to 5 levels). You can manually add options or batch upload them via an Excel file.
